The best way to find train times is to visit the National Rail website. This site can be used to plan your journey and includes all UK train operators (see below). To buy railway tickets in advance on line try The Train Line Trains in Britain are run by regional train operating companies. Each has a websites a website and often have very good ticket offers available for their own train services - ie in other words you can only use the tickets on that company’s trains and often only on the train you have chosen. Strict rules do apply on these cheap tickets so check carefully that they are what you want before you buy as errors can be expensive. There are a huge range of rover and ranger tickets available across the UK . These generally give unlimited travel for anything between 1 and 14 days in the selected area.
